01 Qualification reform is coming to the ground!  Engineering qualifications reduced from 593 to 245!  

At a State Council executive meeting presided over by Premier Li Keqiang on Nov 11, the number of qualification categories and grades of engineering survey, design, construction and supervision enterprises will be reduced from 593 to 245 projects.  

02 National Development and Reform Commission released the draft, Zhejiang province will introduce new bidding regulations!  

On November 9, zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued a draft of the Opinions of Zhejiang Provincial People's Government on further regulating the tendering and bidding activities of innovative construction projects.
